The SFM Foundation, a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization, will once again host the 11th Annual SFM Silent Auction at the 2008 SFM National Conference! The proceeds from the auction benefit the SFM Foundation, which supports higher education through scholarships and student outreach programs. I am privileged and excited to invite all of my SFM colleagues and food service professionals to join SFM in Austin, Texas for our 2008 National Conference. The Conference will take place at the Austin Hilton from September 9th –September 12th.
This year’s conference theme, “Cool City, Hot Topics” accurately depicts the lively city of Austin, Texas and the timely educational sessions for the conference.
