- If an exhibitor is using Arata Expositions, Inc. as their general service contractor, all order forms must be returned to Arata Expositions, Inc. by August 29, 2008
- Arata Expositions, Inc. warehouse shipments must be received by September 5, 2008
- Site shipments will not be accepted by the Hilton Austin prior to September 10, 2008
