Registration Fees
All attendees must register for the conference. SFM offers a discounted registration fee if you register on or before August 18, 2009. Pre-registration ensures timely processing of your registration and helps avoid lengthy on-site registration lines.
Non-Member Registration
Non-members registering for the conference will receive the benefit of a complimentary trial membership in SFM, expiring December 31, 2009.
Spouse/Guest Registration Fee
Spouses and guests may participate in the social functions and planned meals during the conference. The appropriate charges should be included with the main attendee registration forms and payment. Admittance to general sessions or educational sessions requires a full conference registration fee.

Complete all pages of the registration form, including complete contact information and credit card information, and fax all forms to SFM Registration Manager at (877) 716-6404.

Complete and send all pages of the registration form, including contact information and credit card information or check for your registration fee to:

Acceptable payment forms include:
- Checks made payable to the Society for Foodservice Management (drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars)
- Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registration forms without accompanying full payment will be returned for completion. Registration will not be processed without payment.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations submitted in writing to SFM by August 31, 2009 will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Registrations are non-transferable.
