SFM SEATTLE NETWORKING SEMINAR THE
POWER OF PARTNERSHIP: POTENT POSSIBILITIES
Seattle, WA
As on-site food management continues to re-structure their contracts in more profitable ways, including the eschewing of subsidies, corporate feeders must assume responsibility for ideation and a vision for the future. Much of the solution lies in the power of partnering, not just with each other, but also with the actual customers who consume the food each day and also the food manufacturers who are so willing to team with suppliers in the creation of unique solutions to their challenges. Potent possibilities for creating new ground abound but a process must be undertaken in order for workable solutions and improvements to emerge.
In this two-hour seminar, Karen Malody, owner of Culinary Options consultancy will facilitate discussion and ideation around potentially potent solutions and methodologies that can contribute to creating this new paradigm for corporate food service.
