The Industry Standards and Benchmark Comparisons report is the only study of its kind for business and industry foodservice and is available to SFM members only.

The study of member operations includes information on population size, region of country, check average, subsidies and FTEs and is intended to assist its users with improving the methods and practices of their onsite dining services. Report is available to nonmembers for a price.
